At Growwise Media, we’re dedicated to providing excellent service and maintaining clear, mutually beneficial working relationships. These Terms and Conditions outline the responsibilities of both Growwise Media and our clients to ensure smooth project execution and successful outcomes.
We strive to understand your goals, desired outcomes, and project requirements thoroughly. We’ll verify our understanding with you throughout the project. We’re committed to addressing and resolving any issues that arise during our collaboration.
As our client, you’re responsible for providing accurate and complete project information, maintaining open communication about your desired outcomes, and allowing us to apply our professional expertise. We expect clear communication, timely approvals for project progression, and realistic expectations regarding project outcomes. If applicable, you are also responsible for clearly defining ownership rights and usage restrictions for any shared materials like logos, data, and copy.
Most of our work is developed by our in-house team using proprietary methods and resources. Growwise Media retains ownership of all created, designed, and developed work. If we use third-party materials, we ensure we have the appropriate licenses, which we’re happy to share with you upon request. Upon full payment, you, the client, co-own the final delivered product. Completed projects come with a commercial license for business use, but this license does not permit sharing the work with others, editing, changing, or repurposing any proprietary elements developed by Growwise Media.
We primarily offer digital services, including video editing, post-production, web design and development, graphic and visual design, marketing, AI integration, copywriting, and creating AI agents and automations. These services are generally delivered remotely. While we typically don’t conduct on-site work, we can make exceptions if travel expenses are covered by the client.
For larger projects or those outside our immediate capabilities, we may collaborate with trusted third-party companies and professionals. We will never share your sensitive data, like contact information or confidential project details, without your explicit consent.
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, wire transfers, UPI, cryptocurrency and wallet transfers, and online payment gateways. Please note that credit card payments may incur an additional 1-2% fee depending on your location and card type.
While we strive for client satisfaction and deliver high-quality work, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. We can provide examples of previous work to set realistic expectations. Please avoid making significant changes to project requirements after work has commenced.
Project timelines vary depending on the project’s scope and complexity. We’ll discuss and agree on a deadline with you. While we aim to meet agreed-upon deadlines, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays of up to seven days. In case of technical issues causing delays beyond this timeframe, a dedicated team will work diligently to complete your project. If delays exceed 14 days due to our fault, you may terminate the project and receive a full refund.
