Deck Club, an interactive gaming club in Mexico, was gearing up for a big launch in 2025. They had exciting games, real-world club locations, and killer offers lined up. But they faced one big challenge—trust.

Since many online gaming apps are linked to scams or gambling, people were skeptical. Even though Deck Club had nothing to do with gambling, the stigma was hard to shake off. They needed a brand identity and campaigns that made them look credible, exciting, and completely different from shady betting apps.

People assumed Deck Club was just another gambling platform. Many thought online gaming meant losing money, getting scammed, or falling into addiction. This negativity was a major hurdle in attracting adult players who just wanted fun, competitive gaming without the risk.

Researching What Builds Trust
We studied top industry players and uncovered what made them reliable. It wasn’t just about the games—it was the branding, messaging, and user experience. We also looked at scam apps, breaking down their red flags so Deck Club could do the exact opposite.

The Solution

Logo & Design: We designed a logo inspired by classic “club” symbols but with a fresh, unique way—something familiar but distinct.


Colors That Build Trust: Instead of flashy, casino-like colors, we went with a premium green accent, a color tied to trust and credibility.


Messaging & Campaigns: Instead of gambling-style promotions, we positioned Deck Club as a fun, skill-based gaming experience—not a jackpot, but a great way to challenge friends and enjoy real-world gaming.

Process

The Impact

People saw Deck Club as a legit, premium gaming community, not a risky betting platform. Membership growing rapidly, trust skyrocketed, and the brand stood out in a sea of lookalike gaming apps. We exceeded expectations, and we’re still working with them on video campaigns to push their success even further.
